This presentation is an initiative aimed at improving design processes between Publicis and Arc Worldwide.
The goal is to guide future designers toward better practices, teaching them file optimization workflows, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator tips and tricks, and sharing knowledge that ensures efficient project development across all brands.
As an Art Director, I identified multiple improvement opportunities after studying internal processes for two years. I designed the entire deck with a focus on insights and included video tutorials, using a friendly tone—creative to creative—and adding a touch of humor to help foster community.
